Volunteering at Athena

Volunteering is central to junior football at Floreat Athena. Each team relies on parents and supporters to step into roles such as coach, assistant coach, team manager and match-day support, as well as club roles in events, equipment, communications and administration.

Our Volunteer Policy now includes a positive incentive program that recognises and rewards families who contribute their time and skills. Whether you can take on a key role or help in a flexible, one-off capacity, your involvement makes a real difference to our players and teams.

Our Volunteer guide can help you to decide which role is right for you.
